Ladybug Dreaming sends all orders Australia Post. The shipping charge is GST inclusive and made up of actual postage and packaging costs. We send our products in strong mailers to protect them so they arrive to you in as perfect condition as when they leave us. However, we have no control once the parcel is given to Australia Post, so please understand we cannot take responsibility for lost mail or mail damaged in transit. Therefore we strongly recommend you select Registered Mail.
Shipping charges can be viewed on the confirmation screen during checkout, prior to selecting payment type. If there are any variances to these shipping charges due to your order, we shall email you prior to shipping and await your confirmation.
Orders are shipped ASAP! For most purchases, we aim for 24-48 hours after payment clearance.
In a hurry? PayPal/Credit Card is the best way to pay for fastest delivery as payment clears immediately. Cheque payments need to be cleared prior to shipping and there is usually a time delay between you initiating the direct deposit and the payment reaching me.
We endeavour to carry most products in stock and shall ship your order as soon as possible however you should allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery pending high demand or supplier issues (see Availability under Terms). This is not usual, however, we do want you to be aware of it. Please be assured we will email you should there be a supply problem and you are welcome to cancel the backordered item and receive a credit or refund for that particularly item if you do not want to wait.
As the PixelHobby, Hands On! and storage ranges are too large for me to carry everything, delivery on some of these items will be around 2-4 weeks - we will keep in touch with you as we have updates on progress.
For orders outside Australia, please email to enquire before placing your order. We only accept PayPal for international orders and there will be a separate charge for the balance of shipping costs. Shipping is charged at the actual rate of postage and packaging.
Please do not hesitate to enquire on the status of your order. If you think your order is taking too long, please email us as it is possible we do not have an accurate email address for you and have been trying to reach you.
Returns:
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to. Shipping is non-refundable.
We want you to be happy with your order! Please contact Priority Customer Service (pcs@ladybugdreaming.com.au) within 48 hours to let us know of any difficulties. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, returned within 30 days of invoice date and have a Returns Authorisation Number issued by Ladybug Dreaming. Shipping is not refundable. You are responsible for returns shipping.
Something wrong with your order? Although shipments are double checked, human error can occur! Please let me know ASAP.
