Adoption Clubhouse
This is a fantastic site for kids, I highly recommend you (as well as your children) have a look. Designed for kids 8 to 13 (but has info relevant for all ages really) it gives tips on answering tricky questions, doing family trees, school assignments and there is a section just for parents although I found the whole site interesting and helpful.
Debbie Jeffrey
Debbie has a number of articles, references and book reviews dealing with attachment issues, adoption and fostering issues and parenting with empathy, amongst others. She is a counsellor practising on the northern beaches of Sydney, Australia. Her interest in attachment stems from her own experience as an adoptive parent, as a member of the adoption community and as a mental health nurse, where for many years she has worked with adults who have suffered abuse and early trauma.
