Prices
All prices on the Ladybug Dreaming website (www.ladybugdreaming.com.au) are quoted in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive. Pricing and product availability are subject to change at any time.
Availability
We endeavour to carry stock of as many items as we can and ship your delivery as soon as possible. Due to high demand or supplier problems an item may be temporarily out of stock. Ladybug Dreaming was formed because of the difficulty in finding many of these products in Australia therefore, as the majority of goods on this website are imported, you should allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Please let us know if you need something by a certain date and we will do our very best to get it as fast as we can for you. If there is difficulty filling a part of your order within 4 weeks due to high demand or supplier problems, we shall ship the partially filled order and email you with the choice of either backorder (where possible) or cancellation of the outstanding item.
As the PixelHobby, Hands On! and some of th storage ranges are too large for me to carry everything, delivery on some of these items will be around 2-3 weeks - we will keep in touch with you as we have updates on progress.
If stock of products shown as available sell out quickly, we shall backorder wherever possible. In this instance, if there is a second shipment required for your order, you will not be charged a second shipping fee. Products marked "limited stock available" in the description may not be available once existing stocks are sold out. For future orders, backorders may not be done and if they are done, they may incur a second standard shipping charge for the backorder shipment. Due to supplier/manufacturer issues, not all products can be back ordered.

All products on this site are trademarks, registered trademarks or copyright of their respective company and used with the permission of the respective company.
Acid/Lignin free:
Unless otherwise mentioned in the product description, goods are stated to be acid free and/or lignin free by the manufacturers.
Colour and Size:
The product images are, in the main, supplied by the manufacturer. Ladybug Dreaming cannot guarantee the colour will match the exact shade you see on your screen due to reasons such as monitor variances as well as manufacturer dye lots.
Approximate sizes have been given in the item description where possible as a guideline. However, some manufacturers have size variations which we regret are beyond our control.
Order Minimum
There is no minimum order amount. We understand sometimes you may need just one or 2 items to complete that special page.
Payment:
For retail orders shipped within Australia we accept direct deposit, cheque, money order, PayPal or credit card (via PayPal).
Credit Card details: select PayPal for secure credit card payment - do not send your credit card details by email as email is not secure. Please note the bill to address on your order with Ladybug Dreaming must match the bill to address registered with your credit card's financial institution for payment to be processed. This is verified to stop fraudulent use of credit cards. If your credit card is declined for any reason, we will contact you for another credit card or alternate form of payment. If you do not respond within a reasonable time the order will not be processed.
Direct Deposit Reference: When paying by direct deposit, please ensure you put your name and/or order number into the reference field when you are doing the transfer.
Dishonoured cheque: There will be a $35 fee on any cheques that bounce/are returned to us.
For international orders: we accept payment only through PayPal. GST is not applicable to international orders. The GST component can be seen by dividing the item price by 11. International orders may incur a second separate charge for the outstanding balance of shipping costs. Prior arrangements must be made before placing international orders. Please email requests to orders@ladybugdreaming.com.au.
Special Orders:
If there is something you want that we don?t have, please email enquiries@ladybugdreaming.com.au and we will do our best to source the item for you. Once we find it, we shall email you with the cost and you can advise us if you would like to go ahead with the order. Payment in advance would be required. There are no refunds on special orders. Ladybug Dreaming would exchange the item for a replacement of the same product only if found faulty.
Shopping
Shopping is easy at www.ladybugdreaming.com.au
- View the products by clicking through the categories on the left.
- Purchase a product by clicking on the "Buy Now" button. This will add the item/s to your shopping cart. A cumulative total shows in the shopping cart on the right.
- At any time before checking out you can remove items placed in your shopping basket from the "cart contents" menu. Click on the empty box (under the ?Remove? column) to the left of the product you wish to remove.
- When you have finished choosing your items, click on checkout (top right menu bar).
- New customers can create an account, existing customers can log in to their account* or you may check out without creating an account. Either way, please double check you enter your details correctly so we can ship your order correctly and/or email you if there are any problems. Contact details are not used for any other reason.
- * The benefits of being a member and logging in means you can save items in your cart to return to at any time to shop further or purchase at another time plus you can checkout faster.
- Select which payment type you require (orders will not be processed until payment has cleared). Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal (an easy, safe and secure payment method). You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your order this way.
